Photo, ID Number, Marital Status: What to Include
This is where an AI resume maker is least reliable, because the right answer changes by country and most models default to United States conventions. In the US a photo is a liability; in Colombia, Peru or Mexico a resume without one often looks incomplete.
The safest rule is the one Colombian careers guidance already gives: a photo is not attached unless it is expressly requested, and age, date of birth, marital status, military card and ID number are not needed unless the company asks for them explicitly. The same guidance caps the document at two pages — more information does not mean more of it gets read.
